Chad Riden weathered bankruptcy, divorce and foreclosure, dropped out of society to run a poultry farm, re-emerged to make an unsuccessful run for mayor of Nashville, produce / host the world record breaking 184+ hour long #BrokenRecordShow (longest stand-up comedy show, multiple comedians) topping the old record by 5 minutes every year, and run for Governor of Tennessee in 2018.

Riden tells self-incriminating stories that embarrass his family and make everybody else think he’s a weirdo. He lives in East Nashville with a turtle and a “biological, human” daughter who does not approve of any of this.

Riden has appeared on “The Daily Show” on Comedy Central, the Late Show with David Letterman’s “Tony Mendez Show,” ABC’s “Nashville,” is featured on an episode of CMT-Canada’s “Mississippi Snake Grabbers” and once ate lunch at The Magic Castle. He hosts and produces “Nashville StandUp Sits Down” on WXNA FM and livestreams regularly on Twitch and YouTube.  Riden tours regularly across the US telling stories of his pointless, nonsensical, ridiculous deeds.
